About Pivot Counseling
Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Owner of Pivot Counseling, PLLC. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Music Performance at Lee University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Appalachian State University and have been practicing since 2017. I believe that each individual is capable of building resilience and independence to change their direction and achieve their goals. I support my clients in building concrete skills to navigate relationships, heal from trauma, treat anxiety, and discover their personal values. Ultimately, I desire for my clients to live a life consistent with their dreams. I have experience working in all levels of care, from outpatient to residential. I really enjoy supporting individuals who want to process their identity, values, and relationships. I also work specifically with people desiring to change their relationship with food and their body, as well as heal from trauma.Explore more
