Pipeline products offer a full fabrication and machining service enabling us to produce bespoke pipe work systems to your specification. In our manufacturing facility in Clevedon, we produce butterfly and non-return valves, sample cocks, in-line filters, air vent valves, sight glasses, bends, tees, cones and many other stock items. Amongst the item... s we are regularly asked to produce are: Manifolds with various end connections and branch centres, in diameters from 1/2" - 6". Flow plates complete with valves and connections to customer specification including 180 degree return bends. Pipe sections to drawing supplied complete with fittings for direct connection to machinery or existing pipe work. Swept and standard tees, y-pieces and bends with connections to specification. The range of valves we offer are manufactured at our facility in Clevedon, they are also assembled and pressure tested prior to dispatch. Each valve is available plain ended or with connections to suit your application and are supplied with protective end caps to ensure all threads are intact and ready for installation. Other manufactured products include: Sight glasses available plain ended or with connections to suit. Air vent valves. Sample cocks (3/8" BSP connection). In line strainer available plain ended or with connections to suit. Pipline products offer a range of slotted elements from 100 micron - 2000 micron. A range of adapters including RJT - BSP, BSP - OD weld prep or made to order to suit your application. Also available from stock are pressure relief valves and 3 way plug cocks.
