Pipeline Contractors Inc is a full service building & civil contractor. We have completed numerous projects in Duval, St Johns, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, and other surrounding counties in Northeast Florida since 1987. Being centrally located in Starke, Florida, we are able to provide services to a very large area. We are currently on the approved b... idders lists for The Jacksonville Electric Authority, The City of Jacksonville, Florida Department of Corrections, Florida Department of Environmental Protection and State of Florida Management Services. We are fully insured, carrying workers compensation and general liability insurance with an umbrella writer of $2,000,000. Pipeline is bonded through Hanover Insurance Company and our local agent is Bonds Only, Inc in Jacksonville, Florida. Our safety program has been approved by OSHA as well as J.E.A. All of our foremen and crews have been certified through the National Center for Construction Education and Research for construction safety orientation. Each crew maintains at least two OSHA Certified Competent Persons for excavations, soil identification, soil analysis, hazardous identification, protective systems and trench shoring.
