Automotive Parts &... Components A huge range of automotive parts and components are manufactured and assembled in our premises. With our range of CNC Machines, we have the capacity to manufacture pipes, fittings & other components in large volumes, some of which are supplied to assembly lines as OEM Parts. Industrial & Automotive Hoses We partnered with Gates to provide hydraulic and transmission solutions to the Kenyan market since 1978. We also have a successful relationship with Balflex, who produce a large range of hoses, fittings, flanges, adaptors & quick connectors. All hoses are manufactured to customer specifications and range from Air, Steam, High-Pressure Hydraulic, Oil & Water use. Air-brake Centre The first Air Brake Valve & Remanufacturing Centre in East & Central Africa was commissioned by us in April 1999. A wide range of valves and air compressors are reconditioned on purpose built benches by highly skilled personnel and offered as exchange units to consumers at the fraction of the cost of new units. In-house Products We create high quality bespoke products in house, made out of steel that has been CNC precision cut and professionally assembled. Finally finished with high quality powder coating with a variety of colour options available. Exhaust Assemblies Exhaust Pipes and Silencers are manufactured from high grade aluminised tubes & sheets. Tube bending is done on our CNC tube benders. Silencers are manufactured to the highest standards with a double skin outer body. Exhaust assemblies are supplied to assembly plants as OEM Equipment and are also sold in the local market.
