PINKS, ARBEIT & NEMETH was established by Steven G. Pinks in April, 1969, when he opened an office in Melville, New York. From its inception, the office specialized in commercial litigation, creditors rights and bankruptcy law. The firm relocated to Hauppauge, New York in 1986. Pinks, Arbeit & Nemeth has continued to expand; the firm presently cons... ists of three partners, two associates and an attorney acting of counsel, along with competent and experienced staff, including two paralegals.
