With a primary focus on planned neighborhoods, we have also enjoyed several custom home projects with some great clients here in lower Kittitas valley, as well as some... fun remodel projects across the state. Years later, Pillar Development's core values are still the same. The passion for building new homes is still as strong as it ever has been. Today, Chad and his wife Jamie have picked up where Chad and Jon left off. Jon and his wife JoAnn focus more on building homes for needy families in northern Mexico.
