Starting in 1972 and running through the present, Pilgrim Management Company has managed well over one thousand properties. With owners moving back into previously rented homes or selling them as well as new properties taken in continuously, Pilgrim Management Company has maintained a consistent average of about three hundred fifty active rental pr... operties, all of them being inside the Georgetown Independent School District. Additionally, there have been about eighteen thousand people who have rented from Pilgrim Management Company. Many of the owners for whom we have been privileged to manage and so very many of our previous renters are still right here in Georgetown. The confidence and trust they have placed in us and the value they place upon our services means more to us than we can ever express. We find it hard to believe that in the more than thirty years we have managed property here in Georgetown that we are on our third generation of renters! The children whose parents rented from us years ago have grown up and had children who are renting from us even now. We fully expect to see another generation or two before we pass this business along to others. Many of our previous renters have purchased property and subsequently decided to rent it. We consider it a high honor that many of them have turned to us for our services, for no one knows a management company as well as those who have relied upon them as renters.
