Our practice focuses on providing solid legal advice to clients in a cost effective and practical manner. We have experience working in national law firms, acting as in-house counsel for major international corporations, sitting on boards of a variety of companies and owning and operating smaller to medium sized businesses ourselves. We have been in our clients' shoes, understand their concerns, and have a very client friendly and practical approach to practicing law. We meet with clients on their terms, meeting them at their office or out in the field as required, and take the time to develop an understanding of their business and corresponding needs - which allows us provide less theoretical and more relevant legal advice to our clients. We also believe that, while marble foyers, lavish boardrooms and expensive parties are nice to have, they don't add value to our clients and so the corresponding and unnecessary overhead is not a part of our practice nor built into our fees. We have either flat-fee or reduced bulk fee billing practices, so our clients can afford to have us spend time on developing an understanding of their business without the pressure and annoyance of being on the clock for 1/10th of an hour intervals at exorbitant rates.
