Owner and Chief Baking Officer, Erin Ashley created Pie In The Sky after being passed down the secret family recipe. She realized that every time she baked a pie and gave it away as a gift or brought it to a social function, that everyone would go crazy for them and light up as if they had just discovered their taste buds!
