Phoenix Safety & Rescue Ltd is based in Sarnia Ontario. Phoenix has been successfully operating since March of 2009. Phoenix is co-owned by Phil Veale and Stu Pearson. Phil Veale: Phil has extensive Industry Experience. Phil is also a SPRAT Level 3 rope technician (highest level of rope compentencies in North America). Phil also has his NFPA High A... ngle Trainer and NFPA Confined Space Rescue Trainer. Phil's highest level of commitment to OHSA and ensures that everyone works safe is one of his greatest strengths. Phil trains the staff, overseas all operations, staffing, skills development. Phil writes rescue plans and ensures that all paperwork is sufficient to meet the OHSA. Stu Pearson: Stu is a Professional Accountant (CPA,CGA). Stu has managed operations all over the world. Stu has taken many safety courses and is working towards his CRSP designation. Stu concentrates on site visits, auditing paperwork, ensures that all due diligence has been met. Stu's background in process control ensures that we meet all the due diligence for Phoenix and our clients.
