Phoenix Children's Care Network

Phoenix Childrens Care Network began its development process in the spring of 2012 with the formation of a Physician Advisory Council (PAC) comprised of key stakeholders, including 24 physicians from Phoenix Childrens Medical Group and various independent pediatric practices from the greater Phoenix area. The PAC was charged to collaborate with Pho... enix Childrens Hospital (PCH) in evaluating organizational structures that would position PCH and its physician partners to be successful in the ever changing health care environment. The PAC determined that the formation of a pediatric-focused, Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) would provide the most flexibility for whatever future state ultimately prevailed. In February 2013, the CIN journey formally kicked off with the formation of Phoenix Childrens Care Network (PCCN) as a wholly owned subsidiary of PCH. The initial Board of Managers (BOM) and supporting Quality, Finance, and Utilization and Network Committee was seated shortly thereafter. PCCNs vision is to be a national and international leader recognized for advancing pediatric health and delivering optimal health outcomes through innovation and a high-value, integrated system of care.
