In 2009, Phoenix Architecture, LLC was founded by three former partners of a local architecture firm and a fourth registered architect. Jason Williams, Jeff Osterman, and Tom Schweer worked together for 7 years before forming the new firm. They spent this time building their working relationship into a collaborative effort that saw successes in man... y regional projects. The addition of Amy Osterman allowed Phoenix to benefit from her knowledge in residential, hospitality, small commercial, and multi-family projects. Through the team's combined 100 years of experience in architecture and planning, they have worked with major developers in the Cincinnati region, a wide breadth of contractors and suppliers, and major hospitality operators. At a time when businesses were reevaluating their positions in a new economic climate, the founders of Phoenix Architecture saw an opportunity to reinvent themselves.
