The company's veteran preference hiring practices will provide task and purpose to the company's returning combat veterans. PH3 LLC will be one of the largest employers of US Veterans. The company's Founder is an Iraq War veteran and understands from personal experience the struggle of veterans seeking employment. Critically, the company must ensure that the suicide rate among returning combat veterans is reduced. PH3 LLC is Family, a Unit, a Band of Brothers and Sisters. The company will grow the company's brand, provide employment opportunities, and take care of each other. Koko served in the US Army for six years. He deployed to Bosnia from 2003-2005 for two tours back-to-back. After returning home, he had a six month break until he was activated for duty again in 2005 to provide humanitarian assistance during Hurricane Katrina. His unit was activated to New Orleans for three months. Seven months later, Koko volunteered for his last deployment in 2006, and headed to Iraq. He was wounded on 01/24/2007 in a 2.5 hour long firefight. He was taking fire from three different directions. As he was returning fire, a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) struck him on the left side of his head. Koko survived the firefight. Luckily the RPG was a dud. After several months of rehab, he was released from the hospital. It took another two years of out-patient rehab to heal up. Koko was retired medically from the Army in October of 2008.
