About Petronor
Petronor was created following the merge by acquisition in 2002 of two existing companies: Besuum Petroleum Products Inc, a company owned by the Cree Nation of Wemindji and the Cree Nation of Chisasibi, and the Cree Energy of Canada Inc, a SODAB owned company. Petronor very rapidly became the main supplier of petroleum products in the James Bay Territory.
