The company is the product of merging the assets of four of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) based aviation departments into a commercial venture with the objective of providing the absolute best possible aviation services for oil exploration, development and support in Libya. While the Petro air company is new 2008 year, its roots extend back to... the 1960's -to the early days of oil exploration in Libya. All four oil company's aviation departments, Sirte, Waha, Zuetina and Veba have a rich and successful history supporting their own companies as well as other sectors of the oil industry in Libya. The goal is to continue this success story on a commercial level, allowing company's both within and outside of NOC to enjoy the quality and benefits our company has to offer.
