PIAGW is a "fee for service" dental practice that specializes in the treatment of: gum disease, the rehabilitation of advanced dental diseased conditions, certain special adult orthodontic problems, and dental implant therapies including diagnosis and treatment planning of dental conditions requiring jaw reconstruction and the placement of dental i... mplants. The practice is located in Chevy Chase MD, in the Barlow Building at 5454 Wisconsin Ave., just one block outside the D.C - Maryland line. Our location is one block from the Friendship Heights Metro Center. Our building has a parking garage that can be entered from the rear of the building. Multiple, other parking garages are also available in and around buildings of the area. PIAGW consists of six staff members, including Dr. Rose, two administrative personnel, two chair-side dental assistants and one dental hygienists. We are proud of the experience, quality and longevity of our staff. PIAGW's mission is to care for people, not just teeth.
