PASCO Managing Director as Accountable Executive has ultimate responsibility and accountability for the implementation and maintenance of the SMS. All PASCO employees share responsibility for safety and shall take timely action to promote safety. Every employee has a responsibility to identify hazards, assess risk and mitigate risk to the lowest acceptable level. Safety is one of our core business functions. All PASCO personnel are expected to continuously take an active role in the identification and mitigation of hazards and risks pertinent to the operation. PASCO safety policy and SMS implementation plan periodically will be reviewed in safety high council to ensure it remains relevant and appropriate to our organization.
