Perry Homes

At Perry Homes, we have a dedicated in-house team that can help you realise your dream home. Our team of experts will work with you to produce a custom house design. At Perry Homes, we pride ourselves on our extensive range of home designs available, however we understand that each of our clients have specific needs when it comes to creating a new... build home. We want your new home to meet your exact requirements. That's why we are happy to alter any of our single level, two storey or split level homes to accommodate your wishes or else produce a bespoke floorplan and house design that is specific to your lifestyle, and to suit a range of budgets from $175,000 to $1M. Our team of experts will sit down with you to sketch a plan that meets your lifestyle requirements and is specific to your block of land. Once the plans are drawn you will be able to review and fine-tune the floorplan before a comprehensive quotation or tender is produced. And, if you end up building with Perry Homes, this service is FREE as the nominal upfront cost is credited to your build costs. Perry Homes has a number of display homes throughout Queensland and New South Wales.Read More
