With nearly 10 years of experience in advanced program management for CACI, Dillard has aided government agencies such as the U.S. Department of State and the Drug Enforcement Agency with innovative software development projects and advanced cyber security solutions. Dillard led projects in excess of $65 million dollars, earning a reputation within the industry as a trusted and effective project manager. Dillard founded Pernix to expand his existing business relationships to focus on understanding client needs in data management solutions. In his role as President, Dillard continues to work closely with each client, as both a resource and partner to help meet and exceed their expectations.
