Few surety brokers can say that they have written bonds on five continents, but Erik Johansson has actually done so over the course of his 15 years as a global surety professional. Formerly an underwriter at HCC Surety Group, and later the Southern California surety practice leader for Willis Insurance Services, Erik has secured bonds for clients r... anging from independent subcontractors to billion-dollar, publicly traded companies. Erik is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in risk management and insurance. He is an active member of the Surety Underwriters Association of Southern California (SUASC), the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP), the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Building Industry Association (BIA) and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). Jennifer brings over 20 years of expertise in the surety bond industry from both the underwriting and broker perspectives. She attributes her success to a steadfast aptitude for forging relationships, combined with maintaining a finger on the pulse of the constantly changing construction and bonding environments. Jennifer notes contributing to the long-term success of her clients is the most rewarding aspect of her career. Jennifer is a graduate of the California Polytechnic University and is an active member of the Association of General Contractors in several of the Western States. Representing clients in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, California, Oregon, Washington and Utah, Jennifer heads Performance Bondings Idaho operations, with satellite locations in Meridian and Island Park.
