People Strong

The offerings of People Strong came from looking for a solution to our own problems. We worked with many people, on all levels of the employment tree and became increasingly frustrated by the lack of positive change there was in the people management space. Over and over we saw many variations on these themes: So much effort went into fixing proble... ms with not much effort left over to create high performance and engaged employees. Over time we found that our successful strategies involved looking at the business from the inside and re-humanising the workplace. The old days of Henry Ford famously frustrated and quoting I wanted a pair of hands but I got the whole person instead had a new meaning for us a big part of our solution involved working with and strengthening the capability of the whole person, be that the CEO or new employee. When we work with our clients we ask them to reflect on their own experiences of being an employee what motivated and inspired them and what disengaged them and made them leave. We also ask our clients to look inside their business and ask how can I better help my people to achieve. Far beyond simply providing encouragement we work on making businesses stronger through their people. People Strong knows the triggers to improve performance and peoples effort at work but getting it right takes deliberate targeted interventions.
