In 1994, Avantic Lodging Enterprises began adding 50s style diners to their hotels. As the collection expanded, unique local names became more challenging to come up with. As a grand romantic gesture, the president of the company decided to name all new and existing restaurants after his wife, Penny. With 27 restaurants across 15 states, Pennys Diner is open 24 hours a day to provide excellent service for hotel guests and travelers with an appetite for a good meal.
