Wayne L. Dietrich - Co-founder of Penncorp Servicegroup, Inc., Wayne is a lawyer who served as Director of the Pennsylvania Corporation Bureau for eight years. His wide experience includes service as General Counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of State and as General Counsel to the Bureau of Sales and Use Taxes in the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. He sat on the Pennsylvania Board of Finance and Revenue as the designee of the Secretary of the Commonweath. Mr. Dietrich served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
