About Penn State Tea House
Established in 2010. The Penn State Tea House is run by the Tea Institute at Penn State. The Institute is a research institution on the University Park Campus, dedicated to the preservation and development of tea culture and knowledge. Our goal is to introduce GongFu Cha and high quality Chinese teas to the greater campus community. As a non-profit organization, all profits are invested in the Institute's undergraduate research opportunities, supplying the Traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony Club with tea for the training of new members, and sustaining the Tea House. Prices range from $2 - $4 per person, Cash and Credit Cards are accepted. The Penn State Tea House came with the transition from the Penn State Traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony (Gongfu Cha) Club into The Tea Institute at Penn State. We are currently expanding into Japanese Tea Ceremony and Korean Tea Ceremony.Explore more
