Pengwern Land (formerly Pengwern Estates) was set up by Ben Boutwood in 2008 in order to provide a comprehensive range of land and planning consultancy services. We work with landowners, developers and promoters across the UK and have unrivalled industry knowledge of land from the Welsh Marches to the East Midlands and from the North West conurbati... ons to the South Eastern green belt. We have a particular expertise in identifying and tracking down owners of unregistered land where others have failed. Our services range from client specific site finding of green and brown field sites to major regional land disposals as well as advising clients on the best way to manage their assets. We have undertaken site finding for many of the major developers for both strategic and immediate sites, from one acre to 1000 acres. To date, we have sourced land producing in excess of 2,500 consented plots and we currently have many more sites in planning, promotion or in legals. Once we have identified a site that fits your requirements, we can assist at every stage until purchase including: planning advice, feasibility studies and advising on the optimum form of contract - whether that is an Option, Promotion agreement or conditional contract. Ben Boutwood is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society with 25 years experience of residential, retirement and mixed-use development, specialising in the sale and purchase for development of brown field and green field residential and mixed-use land.
