About Penguin Cycles
Penguin Cycles is a 2-person operation established in 2006 under the shadow of Mount Ascutney in Brownsville, Vermont. The first Penguins were born out of a desire to explore the miles of dirt roads surrounding our community without the jostling ride of a road bike or the inefficient feeling of riding a mountain bike on the road. Thus the first few Penguins lie somewhere on the spectrum between cyclocross frames and commuter frames. With a fleet of Penguins already on the road (& trails) Penguin is ready to build your custom frame, be it a back roads cruiser, single track explorer, or serious race machine.Explore more
