Pelling industries Inc is a group of companies specializing in quality remodeling and renovations. We started in North Seattle doing high end home renovations and now service all of King, Snohomish, and Skagit and Island counties. We keep most trades in house (with exception to plumbing and electrical) as this ensures the work gets done in a timely manner and quality control is closely maintained. We formulated and designed an online job costing and tracking system that enables all our clients to both monitor and track costs on a daily basis to stay on top of their projects. You can log in at anytime from anywhere in the world and see employee time cards, receipts and digital photographs of your project. There are progress reports from the project manager as well as shop drawings all posted on the web. As you have access to everything we do, it eliminates the guess work and trust issues that sometimes develop with Contractors. All our work carries a 5 year limited warranty on workmanship and materials.
