The Petreti paper mill boasts a rich heritage spanning over 180 years, having undergone comprehensive modernization between 2007 and 2009. This extensive renovation introduced new production lines specifically for toilet paper and kitchen towels, ensuring compliance with stringent European quality benchmarks. Complementing this, the Dej mill, constructed between 2012 and 2014, features modern equipment for producing jumbo rolls, the essential raw material for various paper products, as well as for manufacturing toilet paper and paper towels. Further expansion occurred in 2016 with the inauguration of two new lines dedicated to paper napkins and handkerchiefs at the Dej facility, enhancing its product diversification.

In 2017, Abris Capital Partners finalized the acquisition of Pehart Tec Grup, signaling a new phase of strategic development.
