Peggy Boyd Designs, LLC has been in the business of hand painted furniture art creations since 2001. Owner, Peggy Boyd, brings over 20 years of art experience to the paint palette with her. She is also a master at freehand faux finishes and murals. In the past, she has passed these skills along to others by teaching both publicly and privately. She... is also a member of the Society of Decorative Painters. The main focus of Peggy Boyd Designs is hand painting one-of-a-kind creations on unfinished wood furniture pieces. Designs consist of several different themes:whimsical, traditional, floral or French country. Being innovative, Peggy is able to work with the client to create that unique look. Private commission work is always welcomed. Concepts are decided upon after consulting with the client and getting an understanding of who the individual is. This is important for Peggy to come up with a truly one of a kind design. Peggy has written a series of instructional painting books published by Plaid Enterprises. She also writes articles on furniture painting for several national magazine publications. She has been featured in newspaper and on television.
