Karen Bradley, ATC. LMT., takes pride in her achievement as a Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and N.H. Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). Having earned a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire in 1997, Karen went on to work as the Assistant Athletic Trainer at Londonderry High School until she relocated to B... reckenridge, Colorado. There she studied Reiki and achieved the Master-Teacher level in the Usui and Usui-Tibetan lineages. Eager to advance her knowledge and experience in healing modalities, Karen then enrolled in Full Circle School of Alternative Therapies in Edwards, CO, where she learned CranioSacral therapy and massage. In 1999, she founded Peak Health, her private practice in alternative and complementary therapies which includes a focus in sports medicine and chronic orthopaedic injuries. Karen leads with a passionate belief in the powers that belong to each of us to be well, to live balanced and meaningful lives. Working with each client to re-connect to what is important to them, Karen facilitates each clients journey into health and wellness, balance and alignment so that each day is a gift that is enjoyed rather than a burden to be endured. As a lifelong learner, Karen understands the importance of staying relevant in a time when people are owning their health like never before. Karen has always been passionate about continuing her training, enhancing her knowledge and skills through formal education and practicums throughout her career. Karen has graduated from a 500-hour Structural Integration training program, Karen has had the privilege of working with Thomas Meyers, (Author of Anatomy Trains), teacher and experienced body worker of over 30 years. Karen expects to provide clients with relief from the long-held patterns held in the bodys fascial system and addressing the chronic pain patterns from their root cause.
