The Pediatric Critical Care and Trauma Scientist Development Program (PCCTSDP) is a national faculty training initiative aimed at cultivating pediatric critical care and trauma physician scientists. Its primary goal is to enhance the number of well-trained and funded researchers who can improve the understanding and management of critical illnesses... and trauma in children. Funded by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, the program selects exceptional junior faculty for training as PCCTSDP Scholars in premier research environments across the United States.
