Stayed on the repair until it was completed. Always saved the data and got it running. Super reasonable! I wouldn't consider consulting anyone else when making a computer purchase or needing a... repair. PC Guy is the best Business to get computer work done in the Vancouver-Portland Metro area bar none! Bobby is the most ethical and efficent PC repair person I have ever met. Bobby charges by the job and has always been my goto guy when it comes to fixing all 7 of my computers when they need it from Virus removal to hardware repair he knows how to keep my shop running smoothly. If for some reason I have a dire need he responds super fast and gets me back in the game. Thanks PC Guy! Bobby Craig Is great: makes every effort to get back to us promptly, can solve many problems remotely (by Internet connection), is reasonably priced and easy to deal with. He explains clearly what's going on, and answers all my questions with patience and humor. My husband and I have used his services since 10/2015, including my home PC remote backups.
