Pavilion was founded in 1997 by Rich Davies, a third-generation real estate developer. The Davies family has an extensive real estate development and construction history dating back to the early 1930's, having been involved in all facets of real estate development including high-rise residential, industrial, and retail commercial in both the public and private sector.
