We are Cady and Kyle (AND KITA, the Chihuahua), owners of Pauwela Beverage Company - a kombucha tea and water kefir brewing company in Haiku-Pauwela, Maui. We moved to Maui from Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 2017 with dreams of opening a brewery. We love craft beverages and are excited to live somewhere where we can source locally and collaborate with l... ocal farmers, for flavor infusions. We live in Haiku-Pauwela and consider this neighborhood our home, our Ohana. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful community here on Maui. In Hawaiian, Pau means finished, or done. Wela means heat. in becoming Pauwela Beverage Company, we honor our neighborhood and our community here in Haiku. We also quench your thirst and cool your senses with a delicious sip of probiotic goodness! We use 100% compostable labeling, 100% recyclable HI5 bottles, and do everything we can to be as sustainable as possible in our brewery operations. Sourcing local and/or organic ingredients is the main goal of our business, utilizing the abundance maui has to offer. from our ginger turmeric kombucha to our lilikoi water kefir, the taste of the island runs through every one of our products. Our focus is flavor-forward, well balanced, kombucha and water kefir. we are passionate about probiotics and their amazing benefits and are happy to share them with you. We put our hearts into every batch we brew and will satisfy your taste buds with our diverse, bold flavors.
