Patriot Construction was founded in 1998 by Chad Tracy, a Georgia native. Chad began his construction and homebuilding career immediately after graduating from The University of Georgia. Married in 2001 to Katy Fleming of Crawford, Georgia they, along with their son currently work and reside in Colbert Georgia. Patriot Construction maintains both residential and light commercial licenses with the Georgia State Licensing Board and is a member of the Athens Area Home Builders Association.
