On Friday (01/08/2021) we added Scottish Highland Cattle to the pasture! Momma cow is red and named Velvet, her red heifer calf is Juliette, and her dun heifer calf is Julia. Eleven of our twelve ewes lambed, giving us 14 fast growing ram lambs and 3 healthy ewe lambs. We'll be keeping the ewes to grow the flock and the ram lambs will all need new homes by the end of the year! Everyone was born the week of April 6... This little one was an all hands on deck delivery followed by days of assisted feeding. Now, between naps, she is running and jumping with the best of them. Raising our flock of Icelandic Sheep for wool and meat. We also produce and sell Eggs, Honey, and Maple Syrup. We sell Registered Icelandic Sheep for breeding. Currently only have rams available as we grow our flock. We sell lamb meat, with whole lambs available in the fall and cuts available until we run out.
