Firstly, we make a modest profit on all of our goods, believing that it's more important to get the crystals and jewellery out to where they need to be and can be appreciated, than to make a vast profit. Secondly, we try to deal direct with small, independent manufacturers and family firms; avoiding at all costs companies or schemes which exploit child labour. Lastly, we feel we have an excellent reputation with customer relations. We offer a friendly service, free advice and have a no quibble returns policy. Once delivered, if it doesn't 'feel' right for you, you can return any item for a full refund, less postage costs. It's as simple as that.
