A great experience all around! I needed to plan a baby shower for my brother. Being a first time uncle I did not know what I needed. When I called up, the lady was very nice and helpful. She asked all the right questions to ensure I had everything for the shower. I had it delivered to my house and the guys were on time and they were also nice and r... espectful. The equipment was in great condition and set the perfect mood for the party. The shower was a huge success and party plus's help was a huge part of it. What a pleasant experience! Party plus customer service and crew are the best! Equipment and supplies are in top notch condition, too. We used Party Plus Rentals last June for our wedding in Pioneertown. They were recommended by our venue and their prices seemed much cheaper than their nearby competitors so the decision was a no-brainer. I also found that the employees were more straightforward and less fluffy and fake than their competitors. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgable, and professional, helpfully updating my file every time we needed to tweak the order. Both the delivery and pick-up were timely and smooth, and our rental order was fulfilled perfectly.
