Partnership Properties Inc. was formed in 1983 under the leadership of Anthony Fiorito, a Syracuse Area architect and real estate developer. Mr. Fiorito has concentrated the efforts of the company in Syracuse and the surrounding suburbs. At the present time P.P.I. manages over 1.5 million square feet of office space and 200 units of residential apa... rtments, including senior citizen and market rate housing. P.P.I. has been involved with many historic and revitalization projects of some of the areas finest buildings. The main focus of the Management Company has been, and continues to be, maintaining the trust and confidence of each tenant. The level of professional care of services is of the highest quality which endorses our philosophy that each and every tenant deserves the right to quiet enjoyment of their space. To perform the tasks necessary for high level building management our leadership group, Anthony Fiorito (President-Owner), James A. Funiciello (CEO), John Funiciello (Executive Vice President), along with our Property Managers and Financial Administrators have developed a strong and professional team of Building Superintendents, Maintenance and Cleaning staff members. The staff of P.P.I. consists of licensed and certified professionals along with seasoned property management veterans. The majority of the staff is directly employed but also we contract with proven experts who provide the professional services required for a quality work environment.
