Partners Maintenance has 3 trained and fully qualified engineers working inside the office at all times to be on hand to give accurate and realistic quotations and to offer an advice network to the field engineers as and when the need arises. This takes away the problems that many companies suffer in that they are only as good as their engineers. We are simply as good as we are because we strive to stay in complete control at all times. Nothing happens within the company that is not vetted through the experienced office and then double checked by management. Our 3 Qualified engineers covers all aspect of work to include Plumbing NVQ level 3, Drainage and High pressure Jetting trained and Gas Safe registered breakdown and installation specialist. This is complimented by the telephone managers. They keep the business running by giving a very high level of service and it is their sole responsibility to make sure the 5 Simple steps are adhered to at all times. This is a service that is very challenging and to add to the pressure it is done 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
