She has spoken at international conferences in France, Poland, Italy and Thailand, as well as in the UK. With over 30 years experience in designing, delivering and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and business development concepts, Regent has a broad perspective on the learning and development landscape. Regent has considerable expertise and experience in facilitating learning at different levels of an organisation, be it as consultant, trainer or coach. In so doing, he has worked in a wide range of business areas, from Oil and Gas, to banking and finance, and across to healthcare and the pharmaceutical sector. Within the healthcare sector, Regent regularly facilitates presentation skills and key speaker rehearsal sessions whether face-to-face or in the virtual world. He gets great satisfaction from seeing individuals improve their performance within a short space of time. Cheryl has over 20 years experience of people and organisational development, and as a master practitioner of NLP, she coaches at executive level, specialising in management assessment and development.
