Welcome to Partners for Communal Development, Inc., (PCD). We are returned Peace Corps Volunteers (PCV), former Peace Corps (PC) staff and family, renewing and continuing our community development work which began with our early experiences in PC service. PCD is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, registered with the US IRS, New York, Florida and Illinois as a public charity. New donors, members, sponsors, partners and sister organizations are welcome to join with us and participate with us in our endeavors. We are grateful for donations from like minded individuals who are interested in and choose to support us in our work. We advance and promote our work by means of community outreach, holding seminars, networking, meetings, fund raising and other events to support community development projects in Peruvian villages and other communities overseas and elsewhere. We fund raise to provide technical, material and monetary support for projects within communities, who in turn provide the labor for those projects, which contributes to the general well being.Read More
