The inception of ParsPouya holding which is a family business traces back to 1975 when Mr. Mohammad Parsa, an electrical power engineer, founded Fulmen company with the purpose of manufacturing electrical equipment including switchgear, capacitor, etc. Also, he established Pars Tableau Sanat Co., to manufacture LV and MV Electrical Switchgears in 1... 982. Having gained fame and success through Pars Tableau Sanat in Iran's electrical power industry as an entrepreneur, he decided to found another manufacturing company, Tehran Padena, in 1991, which manufactures Low Voltage Air Circuit Breakers, Molded Case Circuit Breakers, Miniature Circuit Breakers, Magnetic Contactor and Thermal Over Relay under license of Unelec, French electrical equipment manufacturer. After a while, Tehran Padena acquired Unelec Co. In 2000, Pars Tableau Sanat and other manufacturers decided to export their products to foreign markets. To achieve this goal, the group decided to gradually diversify into EPC service provider by establishing Pars Tableau Co., as a general contractor. This diversification has provided an opportunity for this group to supply their products for implementing EPC projects on International markets. For this purpose, the group acquired voting shares of SUNIR Co. Moreover, Mabna Behinehsazan Niroo (MBN) group, affiliated to the general contractor, Pars Tableau, was established in 2008. This holding renders executive services through Pars Tableau, MBN, SEPAS, TBN, RUNIR and Pars Ab-Niroo. To implement projects, ParsPouya holding is not confined to the aforementioned companies; in fact, it enjoys a considerable number of strategic partners, about 100, in power, water & sewage, oil & gas and civil construction sectors.
