Park Church

When you visit Park Church, you will find that we are a community of faith, followers of Jesus Christ, responding to God's love for us through authentic worship, transformed lives, and lifelong service. We are called to glorify God with our lives. We do that through authentic, relevant, engaging worship of God in every area of our lives. We gather... regularly as a community of faith for Biblically-rooted, Christ-centered, Spirit filled worship. We encourage faith development for all ages through lifelong learning, caring and accountable relationships, and the practice of spiritual disciplines. We strive to engage in spiritual conversations and share our faith stories regularly with one another. It's important to us that each person can identify their gifts and put them into service for God, one another, and the broader community. We seek to work with our neighbors to care for their spirutal and physical needs. And we partner with and support regional and global ministry. We value and seek to welcome and reflect the diversity of our community in which God has planted us. Hang out with us long enough and you will find out that we are a 'work of God' in progress. We are continuing to learn and grow in our faith and understanding of God's plan for us. We are trusting in the Holy Spirit's work in us to grow us up into greater maturity of faith. We are striving towards this vision as a community. The call of God on our lives to be "transformed" is a huge one. To transform is to change dramatically - a conversion of sorts. God is always in the business of transforming us into what we were created to be. God works in our hearts through the Holy Spirit to bring about change - 'Christ-likeness.' Always shaping us for usefulness for his purposes in his created world. We are on a journey together. And we welcome you to seek these things out for yourself.
