Pooja brings more than 13 years of experience in research and investor relations to Pareto Capital. She specialises in investor relations and strategic communications to enhance the capital markets understanding of a companys value proposition. She has managed all facets of an investor relations function, comprising strategies for companies that ha... ve newly gone public and high growth or in transition. Pooja spent her foundation years in research and analytical roles at Moodys and ICICI Bank, which helped hone her analytical skills and attention to detail. After heading the investor relations function at Motilal Oswal Private Equity, she spent 8 years with boutique IR consulting firms, developing strategic financial communication messaging for companies across sectors and market capitalisation. During her rich experience, she strengthened her ties with institutional investors, brokerage houses and other financial market participants. After graduating from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, Pooja did her Masters degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics. Vikash Agarwal played a critical role in driving our entire IPO process with his deep understanding of capital market as well as our business and sector.
