We are not only about growing the net worth, we also care about the environment and the community Over the years, PAREB-CEREB has always been doing something for the community through its tree-planting programs, mangrove planting, coastal clean-up drive, bloodletting and donation campaigns and Halad sa Gugma every Christmas. PAREB-CEREB Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit, non-political entity organized last February 20, 1960 in Cebu City. The organization has more than 300 members composed of licensed real estate brokers, licensed real estate appraisers and licensed real estate consultants. It is organized under the umbrella of Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc. The spirit to organize a real estate board started in the Philippines with the organization of the Manila Realty Board in November 7, 1938. Alfredo A. Buot, Sr. organized the Cebu Realty Board which was later then changed to Cebu Realtors Board Inc. (CEREB). How to become a member? To become a member the person has to attend the membership orientation and submit all necessary credentials. His/her name will then be circularized within the organization as well as in the national level. Once approve the person will take his oath during the GMM.
