Many guards can measure their success by pointing to their trophy case and Paradigm has certainly earned its rightful share of awards. But another success, difficult to describe even by those who've experienced it, is the "Paradigm Family. Our performers have gone on to successful careers in their personal lives but still remain part of the family that is Paradigm, something that can be rare in the Winter Guard activity. We have always prided ourselves on a willingness to "take a chance" with a performer who perhaps has not had the background or training necessary to guarantee success. We've found that those who are willing to listen and work hard in rehearsal and at home can achieve success with Paradigm that perhaps would not have been offered elsewhere. Are parents and guests encouraged to view rehearsals? Yes. All Paradigm rehearsals are open to the public at all times and we particularly invite families and friends to stop by for a visit.
