Panex is a limited liability company founded in 2011 by Robert D. Burr. The primary function of Panex was to be a holding company for Burrs various Oil and Gas Ventures. Over the past several years, Panex entered into Oil and Gas Lease Bank Ventures with a Group out of Houston, Texas. These leases were sold to Hunt Oil Company, with Panther earning... a considerable profit on the acreage and an Overriding Royalty on the wells to be drilled. Since Hunts purchase of the properties numerous wells have been drilled and completed generating a nice monthly income for Panex, with the potential of many additional wells to be drilled. In 2017, RJ Burr and Justin D Burr, sons of Robert D Burr, partnered with their father in Panex. Determined to utilize the Burr families combined 100 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, the stabilization of the energy sector, and the abundance of available prospects now on the market, the Burrs identified a tremendous void in the market that fit perfectly with what they wanted to accomplish.
