Hi and welcome to our website! My name is Eliza and I am the owner of Pampered Pets. Pampered Pets has been family owned and operated by my husband and I since 2005. As a family business and as dog (and cat!) owners ourselves, we know that your dog is considered a member of the family. That is also why we don't take the same approach to every dog t... hat comes through our doors. Your dog is as unique as you and that is why we make sure to provide the individualized care that your dog needs. We never charge for administering medicine, special feeding, or extra care. Just tell us who your dog is, what your dog needs, and we will do our best to cater to it. My husband and I are bilingual in Polish and English, so your dog may even learn another language during their stay here too! :) We know that life is hectic, doesn't always go as planned, and schedules may change. That is why we never charge a cancellation fee, are flexible, and offer our pick up and drop off times by appointment. We are open all major holidays by appointment. That includes July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, New Years, Christmas, and everything in between. Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and fun stay for your beloved dog while you are away.
