We were getting the run around with a different plumbing company, which, no called and no showed us and dragged us along for nearly a week and never fixed anything. We finally called our homeowners insurance to see if they could change the vendor to a different company. It was last minute but I spoke to John at Pamela's Plumbing the next morning and he worked us right in that same morning! Apparently, we needed to get a pipe replaced and our homeowners insurance would not cover it. Pamela, so graciously called us that same evening and offered to cover the replacement at no charge!!!! I was literally in tears when I got off the phone with her! I would recommend them to everyone I run into that needs service and will always call them when we are needing service.
